Good value for money overall, perfect for a short stay.
Perfect location right by Shin-Yokohama. Friendly staff that speaks bad English but does their best to help - they arranged our luggage service to the next hotel! We loved that we were actually able to open the window, seems to be rare in big hotels. We also got umbrellas on a rainy day and pyjamas were of course provided.
The air conditioner looked scary with an unhealthy amount of dust glued to it, just as on the TV. The hallway smelled aggressively like perfume and supposedly soothing music was played throughout the day that we were able to hear from within the room.

Amazing customer service!
Super close to the Shin Yokohama station with an accessible JR Station to travel to other areas. Plenty shopping and dining in the surrounding areas.
Front entrance was a but confusing in the beginning.
